The main discussion topics of this track include the development of the festival movement in Russia, issues of cooperation and the creation of international cultural projects, global trends in the industry, and growing cooperation in this area.

In 2021, speakers from various countries will discuss as a part of the Festival of Festivals track how the pandemic affected the festival movement, how new challenges had an effect on academic arts as a whole. A contest for the new regional Russian festivals will be held jointly with the European Festivals Association.
The Association of Russian Festivals was founded at the Forum in 2019. New festivals got the opportunity to make known their presence and gain support from professionals in their industry.
