The Special Program / Special Guest status allows countries and organizations to put together a broader program for the Forum.

The goal of these business and cultural events is to acquaint broad audiences with the rich national cultures and traditions, present own projects in the sphere of culture and arts.

The Forum of Slavic Cultures presented its special program dedicated to its 15th anniversary. The program by Turkey was dedicated to the Cross Year of Culture and Tourism between Russia and Turkey.
