Vladimir Koshevoy is an actor of Tovstonogovb Bolshoi Drama Theatre, graduate of GITIS (Russian Institute of Theatre Arts) and Lomonosov Moscow State University (Faculty of Journalism). He has become widely known after the released film adaptation of the novel by Fyodor Dostoevsky “Crime and punishment” (2007), in which he played the leading role of Rodion Raskolnikov. Koshevoy has gained fame as an intelligent actor, with an ability to play very different and surprising characters in films and theatre. Besides working in the theatre, he is engaged in conducting concert programs, postscoring of cartoons and audiobooks and shooting of documentary series.
