Founder of the youth international science, technology and creativity festival OTWINTA

Viktoriya founded social campaigns, in the field of technology entrepreneurship. The headline event is the youth international science, technology and creativity festival OTWINTA which has been regularly held since 2005 more than 100 times in 15 countries under the supervision of The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. Nowadays, it is the one of the key technology entrepreneurship and carrier guidance events at The Ministry. The festival represents as a part of exposition and program of the major Russian and foreign events, such as Hannover Messe (Germany), China International Import Expo, GMIS (UAE and UNIDO), International Engineering Sourcing Show (India), Vietnam Expo, St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Innoprom (Russia), MAKS (International Aviation and Space Salon of Russia) and others.
At the same time, Victoria does plenty of community work. She is a member of the Supreme Council of the movement “The Strong Russia”, a member of the Presidium of the organization “Officers of Russia”, a member of the NPO Coordinating Council, chairman of the Coordinating Council for the development of youth science, technology and creativity of the Union of Russian Engineering, a member of the board of an NPO “The generation of winners”.
Since 2003 she has been:
The chairman of the Coordinating Council under the sport committee of the Parliament of the Russian Federation;
The deputy chairman of the Public Coordinating Council under the mayor of Moscow for the public sport development;
The member of the Public Council of Moscow;
The member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In the late 1980s and early 1990s, she was actively involved in the development of public sport. One of the main achievements was launch of a systematic approach to the popularization of physical education and a healthy lifestyle, which enforced the interest to sport among a whole generation of youth at the turn of the 90s. Victoria founded an international project aimed to develop the public sport – “Sport with a mood”.
In 1987, Victoria became one of the first entrepreneur in USSR, organized the first sports and fitness company “The Gulliver” in Moscow and the country. She set a path to hundreds entrepreneurs who based their projects on her practices.
