Vasiliy Stoykov

Vasily Stoykov graduated from the Moscow state University of civil engineering with a degree in Industrial and civil engineering, candidate of technical Sciences and associate Professor of the SOTAE Department of the Moscow state University of civil engineering. His experience in senior positions in the Federal property management Agency, the Federal tax service and The Office of the President of the Russian Federation. As well as his foreign experience was a scientific internship at Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada). His research activities: Construction ecology, real estate Valuation and Investment.
