Tatyana Tylevich sees the preservation and development of the famous art school and unique technologies of hand painting and hand molding, the recreation of replicas of the original works of the factory of the XVIII–XX centuries, expanding the products sale market, strengthening the positions in the Luxury and Premium segments and further improving the efficiency of the plant as the priority areas for the development of the Imperial Porcelain Factory, a company with 275 years of history.
