Art critic, Ph.D. in Historical Sciences, Member of the Presidium of ICOM Russia, Expert on Cultural Valuables at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Associate Professor of the Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences, Lecturer of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Tatyana has been working in the museum sphere since 1989. From 2002 to 2010 — Deputy Director for Science at the Volgograd Museum of Fine Arts named after Mashkov. From 2013 to 2016 – Director of the Moscow Center of Museum Development. Since August 2016 has headed the Small Museums Development of the State Tretyakov Gallery. In 2006–2013 — Coordinator of the competition "Changing Museum in a Changing World" of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation, Branch in Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts. Expert in various contests of the museum and socio-cultural projects. Author and head of projects "Leonardo's Lessons," "School of Restoration Arts for the General Public," which were recognized as the best-implemented projects in the competition of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation's project "Changing Museums in the Changing World." Co-author of the project "Museum Star-Trek", the winner of the Competition of the Presidential Grant Foundation (2019). In 2001–2019 developed the concept, organized and held some 40 exhibitions in museums and private galleries of Volgograd, including those within the framework of the project "Gold Map of Russia" in the State Tretyakov Gallery. Member of the teams engaged in developing concepts for the Museum of Vadim Sidur, Volgograd Museum of Fine Arts named after Mashkov, The Museum of Moscow, Yaroslavl Museum and Reserve, Museum of Tretyakov Brothers, Golubkina Studio and Museum, Pavel Korin's Museum, Ilya Kabakov's Studio, Center of Moscow Conceptualist Art. Author of more than 50 publications on the history of culture, museum studies, education. Has teaching and methodological experience, at present the Head of the Small Museums Development Service of the State Tretyakov Gallery.
