Rosario Alessandrello

After graduating from the Polytechnic University of Milan, in 1956-1957 Rosario Alessandrello defended a diploma for the degree in “Technologies in the Chemical Industry”.

In 1958, he joined Edison to ascend the entire management career ladder. In 1980, he took up the post of the managing director of Tecnimont, a technologies subdivision of Montedison.


From 1983, he was the Chairman of the Board of Tecnimont, transformed from the technology department into an independent company of Montedison Group.


In 1986, he was elected President and CEO of TECNIMONT JSC that constructed over 300 industrial sites around the world.


He was a member of Montedison Strategic Committee and investment operations coordinator in the China project work group.


From 1996 to 2000, he occupied the position of Confindustria Vice President and Councilor for internationalization.


He acted as a supervisor in the Bank of Italy and Administration Councilor in Medio Credito. From 25 October 2005 to 18 April 2007, he acted as the President of Maire Tecnimont JSC.

From 16 May 2007 to April 2010, he was the President of Fisia Italimpianti (Impregilo Group company).


From 2001 to 2018, he was appointed President of the Center for development of Italian-Russian relations.


From April 2010, he renders consultation services to various Italian companies.


From 2011, he is the President of Russian company INNSE BERARDI RU LLC.


By the Italian Ministry of Foreign Trade he has been appointed:

President of Italian-Russian Committee of Entrepreneurs within the framework of the Italian-Russian Council on Cooperation.
