Pavel Douša is a Deputy Director General of the National Museum of Agriculture, Prague a director of Kačina Chateau – Museum of Czech Rural Life. He is experienced manager and scientist in the field of marketing, cultural heritage, history and museum studies. He worked as a Collection manager at Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague, a Deputy Director of Communications, Marketing and Customer Strategy at Prague Zoo, a Deputy for Business Development at the National Museum, as a Director of the Historical Museum and as a Research secretary of the National Museum. He worked as an outside lecturer of the Universities. In his professional activities he engages in management, marketing and presentation of cultural heritage, collections management and management of digital content, museum studies. He is a member of several scientific, expert or advisory boards and he participates or participated in solution of developing museum projects. Member of ZIVA Award Jury (2015–2016 president).
