Graduated from St. Petersburg State University, Faculty of Geography in 2003, defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of geographical sciences on the topic "Foreign economic potential of the territory as a factor of the territory competitiveness".
From 2003 to 2014, an employee of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, from 2014 to 2016, assistant to a member of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. She supervised numerous events as part of international cooperation between St. Petersburg and the countries of the Baltic region and the Commonwealth of Independent States. Author of more than 20 scientific publications, member of the team of authors of the monograph "The Arctic in the spatial development of the Russian Federation: management problems".
