Previously, she was a monitor of the exhibition space of the Leningrad Centre — a multiformat cultural centre in St. Petersburg. She was a Head of the State Tretyakov Gallery Support Foundation. She ran the Hi, Moscow! platform which received the international transport prize of UITP Awards 2019. She also serves as an advisory to the Head of the Moscow Transport Department pro-bono.

Graduated from ICART Paris School of Management with a degree in Cultural Marketing in 2005. In 2007, she initiated creation of the Victoria Art Foundation a cultural fund in support of the Russian art. Since 2009 she has been organizing cultural projects in Moscow, New York and Paris. She was the Creative Director of The July 16 Art Agency.

In 2014–2015, she was a monitor of the exhibition space of the Leningrad Centre — a multiformat cultural centre in St. Petersburg.

In 2015–2018, she was a Director of the State Tretyakov Gallery Support Foundation. In 2017, she organized and headed the joint project of the Tretyakov Gallery and the Moscow Metro.

In September 2019, she was appointed Director of the Moscow Transport Museum.
