Chief architect of JSC "Metrogiprotrans", honored architect of Russia, academician of the Russian Academy of arts, academician of the International Academy of architecture (MAAM), member of the Council for culture under the President of RF, member of Union of artists, Professor of the Moscow architectural Institute, a member-correspondent of the Russian Academy of architecture and construction Sciences (RAASN).

He graduated from the Moscow Institute of architecture (faculty of GRADO) in 1977. Since 1977 till now works in the field of design of transport constructions and other objects of industrial and civil appointment. In 1984 he joined the Union of Moscow architects. Main awards: Order of Friendship (1996), Medal "In memory of the 850th anniversary of Moscow" (1997), Order Officer, Belgium (2005), Order Commander, Belgium (2006), Prize of the city of Moscow in the field of literature and art (2009, 2012).
