From 2013 to the present time, Mr. Pershin has been the Commercial Director of KUNJUT Company, and manager of projects with various cultural establishments. He has participated in the Intermuseum Festival, and presented a report entitled "Actual Directions in the Work of Museums" at the conference of the State Museum of History.

KUNJUT Factory specializes in designing new fabrics by customer order, prints and patterns for fabric, and production of ready textile products with full color prints. The company works with designers, decorators, museums, festivals, theatres and advertising agencies. KUNJUT has created designs and produced textile souvenirs for more than 40 museums — the Hermitage store, the Russian Museum, Tsarskoe Selo Museum and Reserve, the Primorskaya Picture Gallery, museums of the Moscow Kremlin, the State Museum of History, Arkhangelskoe Museum Estate, Faberge Museum, Assembly Museum, the National Museum of the Republic of Buryatia, the Victory Memorial Museum Complex, and many others.
