Graduated from the Omsk Library School and Altai State Institute of Culture (1997). Completed in-service training at the Academy of Culture, Art and Tourism Workers (2000) in the major “Library Management” and in the Institute for Development of Education, with specialization in HR Management (2015). Member of the Attestation Commission of the Dostoyevsky State University of Omsk.
Her career advanced from the librarian to the director of one of the largest library systems of Russia. Over 10 years as director of Omsk Municipal Libraries, showed her expertise in management, extensive knowledge and demonstrated a professional approach to management.
Has worked actively on the national level. Member of the Standing Committee, Section of Public Libraries, Russian Library Association. Awarded the public medal “For Contribution to Development of Library Business”.
Winner of Recognition of the Year 2007 Award, winner of the regional competition “Women of the Irtysh Region” (nomination for Energy and Initiative, 2014). Winner of the regional competition “Women of Siberia” (nomination for Woman Manager, 2017). Her name has been included in the Book of Honor of Cultural Workers of Omsk, was awarded the Tercentennial Medal of Omsk. Winner of the competition “Best Managers of the Russian Federation” (2019).
Traveled to libraries in Saint Petersburg, Vyborg, Riga, Klaipeda, Kaliningrad, Penza, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Perm, Samara, and other Russian cities.
Author of more than 50 publications in regional and federal mass media.
