Since 1992: the founder and chief executive officer of ROZHDESTVENKA Architectural Bureau (RDNK).

2007–2014: Moscow Institute of Architecture (MARKHI). Professor of the bachelor degree course and the diploma program.

2013–2019: Moscow Architectural School (MARCH) in partnership with London Metropolitan University. Professor of the bachelor degree course and the master degree program.

Since 2017: the head of the RE-School Center for Scientific Research and Education in Protection of Architectural Cultural Heritage, that was established with the participation of the Higher School of Economics and Ecole de Chaillot (France).

As the bureau chief officer, she has implemented over 100 projects of different scale and purpose, primarily in the historical environment.

The important component of the bureau activities is working with the cultural heritage sites and adapting them for modern usage. Recently, great attention has been paid to the methods of integrated approach to the development of historical territories.

Prizes and rewards have been conferred on many works of the bureau.



Public activities:

A member of the Government Fund Expert Board established to preserve and provide for the sustainable development of Solovetsky Islands;
A member of the Expert Board for industrial heritage of the Agency for Management and Use of the Historical and Cultural Monuments;
A member of the Expert Board of the Cultural Heritage Department of the Republic of Tatarstan.
