Narine Abgaryan was born in 1971 in the city of Berd, Armenia. She graduated from the Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences. In 2003, she moved to Moscow. At the beginning of her career, Abgaryan created a page on the Live Journal platform and posted an autobiographical story about a girl Manyunya. It was there that the well-known writer Lara Gall stumbled upon the work of a novice author. She helped Abgaryan to establish cooperation with the Astrel-SPb Publishing House (imprint of the AST Publishing House), where in 2010 the first book from the Manyunya series was published.
