Mikhail graduated from The Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, specializing as an English teacher, and it was a foreign language that brought him into the concert field.
In 1998, he organized the first concert — the performance of the Vacuum group in St. Petersburg, which led to the birth of the company NCA, which for many years has been one of the leaders in the Russian concert industry, and is also one of the few companies that have successfully managed to reach 20-summer turn in the field of concert activity.

The main difference between the NCA and its market colleagues is its multi-format format and experience in holding diverse events: concerts, festivals, VIP receptions, open-air, high-tech shows of world stars, constant cooperation with the city administration, including the coordination of events at all levels and ensuring public safety. On November 3, 2018, NCA, with the support of the St. Petersburg Administration, held its own independent music award - the NCA Saint Petersburg Music Awards, combining the best musical talents of the northwestern region.
At the moment, the NCA is organising more than 100 events a year, which invariably become bright events in the cultural life of the country and the city and cause a positive resonance among reputable media.
