From 2020 to the present — Deputy Director for Library and Information Work of the Moscow State Budgetary Institution of Culture "Central City Children's Library named after Gaidar".
Author and lecturer of the "Urban Reading Infrastructure" course of the "Children and Youth Reading Programs Design and Support" master's Moscow State Pedagogical University program.
Among Marina's projects and activities, there are: bookstore "Dickens and Twice Two" (2009–2016), where the books were not divided into children and adults, the YouTube channel "T.V." of Central City Children's Library named after Gaidar, column "85 and 1 card about reading". Curator from the Central City Children's Library named after Gaidar of the catalog "100 best new books for children and teenagers" (2020–2021), author of the interactive version idea. She is the book club curator of the Seasons magazine.
Research interests are: comparative literary studies, modern reading practice in the big city.
