Khalid Al Ibrahim is the Chief Strategic Planning Officer of Qatar Museums (QM). He oversees the Strategic planning Division of QM and provides managerial leadership across the several key departments within the organisation which sets out to accomplish its overarching goal as set out by Chairperson Her Excellency Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
Khalid previously served as Chief of Fleets in Qatar Airways for over five years, where he oversaw all flight, network and strategic operations. He directed strategic operational planning and structured growth for the organisation.
Khalid earned an Engineering Degree from Essex University and has over 18 years of executive managerial experience across several key sectors. He has been part of executive managerial programmes with Rolls Royce at the University of Oxford and he is also a qualified Airbus Examiner and instructor.
