Karina coordinates the work of three cultural institutions in Vyksa: Artist-in-Residence, Creative Space for Young People and the Museum, in terms of working with people with disabilities.

Participates in the adaptation of permanent and temporary exhibitions of the museum and socio-cultural projects of the OMK-Uchastie Foundation.

In 2021, she took part in the development of the inclusive program of the Vyksa | Art-Ovrag international festival and the organization of the international conference “The Art and Practices of Hospitality”.
