Author of the musical ethnographic publications of folklore materials in different regions of Russia, and more than forty scientific articles and studies on ethnomusicology, textology and history of folklore.
She graduated from the Musicology Department of the Faculty of Theory and Composition of the Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory, A. M. Mekhnetsov's class. Participant and the Head of Research Groups of more than sixty folklore expeditions to Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Tver, Leningrad, Novgorod, Pskov, Smolensk, Belgorod, Kostroma, Kirov regions, as well as Northern Italy (audio and video recordings are stored in the Folklore and Ethnographic Center of the Rimsky-Korsakov Saint Petersburg State Conservatory).
She conducts an active scientific search in the field of studying European musical folklore, as well as participates in international conferences (Lithuania, Macedonia, Italy). In recent years, she has been studying the manuscript heritage of Russian composers, auditory recordings of musical folklore of N. A. Rimsky-Korsakov, A. K. Lyadova, S. M. Lyapunova, E. von Schultz.
