Since 2008, she has been a senior curator at the Fine Art Gallery of Uzbekistan. In 2012–2013, she worked as a regional consultant in the London office of the Sotheby's Auction House. She is the curator of large-scale architectural projects in Uzbekistan: the construction of a new building of the State Museum of Arts of Uzbekistan, authored by architect Tadao Ando, the creation of a Center for Contemporary Art in Tashkent and the opening of art residences on its basis, the opening of a French cultural center and a research Center for restoration, as well as reconstruction of the residence of Grand Duke Romanov in Tashkent.
