Fred Minn

He is currently the Director General of the Nami Island Arts & Education Project, which is a children's book island — a theme park dedicated to children's literature and illustration. The organization holds exhibitions, festivals and performances, educational programs and international exchanges.
Fred is also the Secretary General of Nami Concours, an international illustration contest launched by Nami Island in 2013, and of the NAMBOOK Festival, which is held twice a year since 2005 in honor of the 200th birthday of Hans Christian Andersen. Fred is also the publisher of Nami Books and the director of the Song Island foundation. Fred was a member of the board of directors of the International Council for Children and Youth Literature (IBBY Foundation) from 2015 to 2018 and a member of the executive committee of the Seoul Fairy Tale Festival from 2013 to 2014.
