Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development of the Administration of Saint Petersburg. Born in 1986 in Leningrad.
In 2010 he graduated from the School of International Relations of the State Educational Institution of Higher Education ‘Saint Petersburg State University’ (Bachelor's and Master’s Degrees), and in 2015 he received his Master’s Degree in Museum Studies and Protection of Cultural and Natural Heritage Sites in the State Educational Institution of Higher Education ‘Saint Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts’.
His working life began in 2008 in the Saint Petersburg State Institution ‘City Tourist Information Centre’ under the Office of Tourism of the Committee for Investment and Strategic Projects where he rose through the ranks from a Chief Specialist of the Information Support Department to the Director General of the Saint Petersburg SBE ‘City Tourist Information Bureau’ of the Saint Petersburg Committee for Tourism Development.
In the course of his work he implemented a few critical projects to attract tourists to Saint Petersburg including the ‘Ask me Spb / I Know the City’ Project for tourist support (2017) which was much sought-after during the tourist season, including the time of the FIFA World Cup 2018.
In 2010–2011 he was a Chief Specialist of the Department of Project Expert Assessment and State Order of the Committee for Investment and Strategic Projects of Saint Petersburg.
In 2011 he was appointed Advisor to the Head of the Administration of the Central District of Saint Petersburg.
In 2012 he was invited to the position of the Deputy Director of the A. V. Suvorov State Memorial Museum.
In March 2018 he was appointed Deputy Head of the Administration of the Moskovsky District of Saint Petersburg.
He developed event and business potential of the district. Together with CID UNESCO — International Dance Council — he organized the International Congress of Music and Dance.
He organized the ‘HOST CITY SAINT PETERSBURG’ Road Show that involved the Visit Petersburg trailer office which took a trip around Europe and also visited some countries of Latin America. The goal of the Road Show was to popularize Saint Petersburg as a host city of the FIFA World Cup 2018.
