Culture Manager, specialist in field of socio-cultural project design, event management, regional cultural development. Elena has experience in the design and implementation of social and cultural projects, organization of large-scale events, festivals, special offers, as well as in holding seminars and trainings for socio-cultural project design. Besides, she has experience of social and cultural project examination, development of various concepts and programs in the field of culture, preparation of analytical materials, development and administration of grant contests and programs aimed at support of social and cultural projects.
Elena used to lead the Phoenix Cultural Center in Moscow (2014–2015), then worked as a Chief Analyst in the Moscow Center of Museum Development (2015–2016). In 2011–2014, Elena was a Head of the Agency for Cultural Initiatives of the Volgograd Region that implemented more than 40 significant projects in the field of culture from 2011 to 2014, including international ones. A few educational programs were designed for culture managers; a lot of private cultural initiatives were supported. She is the author of publications on an assessment of cultural institutions' performance, territorial development through cultural projects, and work with war-historical heritage. Expert of the Vladimir Potanin Charity Foundation, the Elena and Gennady Timchenko Charitable Foundation. Elena is fluent in English and German. ANO Project Initiative is involved in design, implementation, support and promotion of social and cultural interdisciplinary projects, citizen initiatives, and creation of educational programs, design of concepts, analytical materials in the field of culture, examination and monitoring of social and cultural projects.
