Elena oversees educational programs for children and adults, adapts exhibitions for people with different forms of disabilities, prepares special projects ("Night at the Museum", "Night of the Arts", " Days of Inclusion").

She graduated from the History Faculty of Saratov State University.

After graduation, she worked on television for seven years — in the cultural departments of "MIR 24" and "Russia 24" channels.

In 2017, she accepted the offer of the director of the Museum of Russian Impressionism, Yulia Petrova, to become Educational Department's curator. Afterwards, she also headed the Inclusion Direction.

Tiflocommentator, conducts excursions for the blind. Expert of the Russian ICOM's project "Inclusive Museum", author of articles and methodological recommendations.
