Edouard is the founder of Orchestra Design, an architectural and urban design studio based in St.Petersburg and Paris, specialised in public spaces and public buildings.

Edouard has over 15 years of experience in urban projects, and was teaching at Strelka Institute in Moscow, at Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris and the Bartlett School of Architecture in London. He is the co-author of Moscow River Strategy and is currently responsible for Kazanka River Strategy in Kazan. Orchestra Design was responsible for the concept and architectural renovation of Octava Cluster in Tula which opened in 2018.
