Currently he is the director of the Foundation for the Support of Creative Industries "Creative Practices", editor of an educational platform for creative entrepreneurs "Masters", and curator of the Creative Capital Index and the international conference on developing creative industries Calvert Forum. He has been a coordinator and member of the analytical group for the development of "Strategy for the development of creative economy in Russia" and "Strategy for the development of soft power in Russia" as the components of the "Strategy of socio-economic development in Russia for 2018–2024".

Born in Leningrad in 1987; he graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a PhD in philosophy. In 2008–2014, he worked as creative director in commercial companies producing cultural and communications projects, including theatrical performances, independent and mass cinema, niche media and online educational services. He is also a joint owner of an independent bookshop in St. Petersburg.
