Graduate of Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He has been working in the field of inclusion and assistive technology since 2010. Since 2017, he has headed ANO Sensor-Tech Laboratory.
For his contribution to the development of the non-profit sector and his active participation in socially significant projects, he was commended by the President of the Russian Federation and the Mayor of Moscow.

Author of 14 scientific works and 12 patents in IT, bioengineering, new methods of rehabilitation and socialization of people with disabilities.

In 2011 he graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, in 2012 he entered the postgraduate course at Bauman Moscow State Technical University, specialty "Management in Social and Economic Systems".

Denis Kuleshov began working in the field of inclusion and assistive technology in 2010, at the Centre for Hearing Impaired People (GUIMC) of Bauman Moscow State Technical University, first as a laboratory assistant, then as a training master, and currently as the head of the laboratory of accessible ICT and a senior lecturer. The groups he teaches are inclusive.

In 2015, together with his partners, he founded the autonomous non-profit organization Centre for the Development of Social Innovation "Technology of Opportunities", where he currently works as the Director for Science and Innovation. At the "Technology of Opportunities" Centre, he oversees scientific, research and educational projects in the area of inclusion and rehabilitation of people with disabilities.

Since 2017 he has been working at ANO Sensor-Tech Laboratory established by the So-Yedinenie Charity Foundation for the Support of the Deaf-Blind, in the position of the Director. The goal of the Sensor-Tech Laboratory is to develop new technologies and products for people with hearing and vision impairments, including the deaf-blind, in Russia and abroad. In July 2017, employees of the Laboratory together with partners organized the first operations in Russia to install visual prosthetic systems (bionic vision) for deaf-blind patients. Sensor-Tech Laboratory has developed and produced advanced technological assistive devices: Robin Smart Assistant for the Blind, Charlie Speech Recognition Device, and is currently implementing a project to develop ELVIS line of neuroimplants: ELVIS V is a neuroimplant to the brain to restore lost visual function in blind and deaf-blind people. ELVIS C is an implant to stimulate the auditory nerve to compensate for hearing loss in neurosensory hearing loss. ELVIS DBS is a neuroimplant designed to treat serious neurological diseases.
