He is president of the Académie d'Architecture in Paris. Bertrand Lemoine is Architect DPLG, Engineer graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and and holds a doctorate in History of Paris from Paris Sorbonne University.
