Andrey Sidenko
The head of the children’s online safety department, the leading web content analyst, he has been working at Kaspersky Lab since 2018. He works in the Department of Content Filtering Research (CFR), and is engaged in content analysis and development of solutions to counter online fraud: phishing, scam, spam. The special place in Andrey’s work is taken by projects related to children’s online safety.
In 2007, he graduated from Moscow State Regional University, and in 2013 he became the absolute winner of the Contest “Teacher of the Year of Russia”. He is an international expert in education. In 2021 he defended his Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Dissertation. Over the past few years, Andrey has participated in the following projects: “Digit Lesson”, he released a number of online educational courses for students and their parents, participated in development and implementation of the educational program for students of 7–11 forms on information safety “Kaspersky Mathematical Vertical”, and also wrote the textbook for elementary school, together with the Publishing House “Prosveshcheniye” – “Information Security, or How to Behave Online?”, as well as a number of books on children’s safety for parents.
