President of EFGAMP e.V. (European Federation of Game Archives, Museums and Preservation Projects) and founding director of the Computer Games Museum in Berlin, which he curated until Aug. 2018.
Besides this he is member of the jurys of the German Computer Game Award and the World Video Game Hall of Fame of the Strong Museum. He also holds membership of the SIG „Creative Industries“ of the Berlin chamber of commerce and industry and the SIG “Cultural Heritage” of the German Cultural Council. His academical background is Comparative Religions and Dramatics (M.A.), which he studied at Freie Universität Berlin.
