Expert of the Republic of Belarus in the UNESCO Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Member of the Republic of Belarus National Commission on UNESCO Affairs. Facilitator, Potential Development Program, UNESCO Section on Intangible Cultural Heritage. From 2015 to 2017 — Project Manager, representing the Republic of Belarus in the Joint Council of Europe and European Union project "COMUS: Community-Led Urban Strategies in Historical Cities". From 1996 to 2017 was employed at the Belarusian Institute of Culture as Head of the Museum Work Laboratory, and then as head of the Department for Preservation of Historical and Cultural Heritage.
