Works of Aijan can be found in the Museum of Contemporary Art in Turin (Italy), the Kasteyev State Museum, private collections and sets in Germany, France, Canada, USA and Kazakhstan. She won diplomas of the exhibition "Humans and Human Settlements" arranged by the UN and the Applied and Decorative Arts Biennale in Korea.

Was born on September 27, 1954 in the city of Almaty, in the family of office workers. Upon graduation from the secondary school, got admitted to the Almaty Institute of Public Economy, graduating with honors in 1976. For two years was employed at a research and development institute in accordance with her university degree. Then got transferred to Kazakhfilm Studio in the capacity of executive producer. She has worked with such famous film directors as Sergey Bodrov, Sergey Solovyov and Irakly Kvirikadze. Having spent time around creative people, started drawing, painting, doing artistic weaving, participated in multiple exhibitions in Almaty, Bishkek, Moscow and Saint Petersburg, as well as other cities of Kazakhstan and the CIS, in cities of Turin, Paris, Beijing, Nuremberg, Washington D. C. and in Korea.
