The IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum which is supposed to be held on November 11-13, 2021, will be dedicated to cultural codes of new reality. The event is intended to be held in a conventional "in presentio" format.

It's creative work and arts that have largely helped people survive the lockdown, given them hope and confidence in a better tomorrow. The cultural establishments have coped with the situation in a dignified way with a non-stop flow of high quality online content for their loyal viewers», – Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, said.
The Head of the Russian Ministry of Culture also emphasized that the Forum was rightfully considered a significant event that annually gathered together experts from all across the world.
«I'm sure all the interested parties will be happy to discuss new experience gained over this period. It will let us comprehend trends of the new reality and take them into account when implementing the cultural policy, as well as to work out guidelines of our future work», – she added.
The Forum is an international venue for meetings, fruitful interaction and experience exchange between leading experts in field of culture, government officials, public figures and politicians from various countries of the world.
In is planned to discuss successful cultural projects and initiatives, as well as the experience of digitalization for cultural establishments implemented in the context of overcoming challenges caused by the pandemic, in the framework of discussion venues.
