The Professional Flow includes business events in the form of an open dialog and experience exchange between culture and cultural policy experts. To visit the events of the Professional Flow, please, present your participant badge. Additional registration or an invitation is required for some events in the program.

Registration of Professional Flow participants to the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is available starting July 1, 2020 to October 26, 2020.
The email with your login and password will be sent to you only after your application is approved (up to two weeks after your application was submitted).

Yes, you need to re-register every year.
When you register, please upload your photo according to following requirements:

 

— size: 480 x 640 pixels;
— colouredphoto on a white background, in line with ID photo standards;
— jpg or jpeg format;
— position: facing the camera, with no head covering;
— you face should cover least 80% of the photo.

Transportation to the Forum venue, accommodation and meals are paid by participants.

All the events of the Forum will take place in strict compliance with requirements and recommendations of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing on prevention and action against Coronavirus infection. At the moment a medical note to confirm that you have been tested negative is not required. In case of unwellness, high temperature and other symptoms of respiratory diseases, please stay at home and use the opportunity of watching broadcasts of Forum events on the official website culturalforum.ru

 

Public Flow events include cultural programs held as part of the Forum for city residents and guests who are interested in various aspects of culture. These events include open lectures, workshops, shows, concerts, and more. Public Flow participants enter the events free of charge (given you have an electronic ticket for the event).

Registration of Public Flow participants to the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is scheduled to begin in October 2020. The actual registration date will be announced later.
Yes, all participants need to re-register every year.
You will receive an email with the login and password to your Personal Web Office.
You can register up to 2 children under 18 in your Personal Web Office.
Each participant has to use his or herown email address.
No, badges are required only for Professional Flow participants.
To attend the events of the Forum, media representatives should be registered and accredited with a badge. Media representatives have access to the events of the Professional and Public Flows as well as to media events.

Volunteers provide important assistance to the organization of the Forum.
According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, volunteering is understood as voluntary activity in the form of gratuitous execution of work and (or) provision of services. At the Cultural Forum, volunteers help with the accreditation of participants, meet guests at the airport and train stations, help navigate the Forum venues, provide information support to the participants, and assist in the work of the press service and at the Forum venues.

When preparing for the Forum, volunteers undergo 2-3 training briefings lasting up to two hours. During the Forum, volunteers are involved in four shifts, the average duration of a shift is seven hours.

 

Volunteer has to submit an online application (registration) and attend an interview. Registration of Volunteers to the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is available starting September 1, 2020 to October 11, 2020.
After the registration, you will be offered to complete an interview for further consideration of your application. The application will be reviewed within 5 working days.
Unfortunately, no. Volunteers at the Forum must be at least 18 years old on November 11, 2020.
Any adult can become a volunteer regardless of where they live. Travel and accommodation expenses are paid by volunteers themselves.
