The Professional Flow includes business events in the form of an open dialogue and exchange of experience between cultural policy experts. Professional Flow events can only be accessed with a badge and after additional registration for the event in your Personal web office. Please note: an invitation is required for some events in the program.

Registration of Professional Flow participants to the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum is available starting July 1, 2021 to October 24, 2021.

Letter with the username and password comes only after the application approval. The average applications consideration term is 14 working days from the submission date.

Yes, it is required to pass the registration every year.

When you register, please upload your photo according to following requirements:

— size: 480 x 640 pixels;
— colouredphoto on a white background, in line with ID photo standards;
— jpg or jpeg format;
— position: facing the camera, with no head covering;
— you face should cover least 80% of the photo.

To receive the badge, you need your passport, which details were indicated during registration. Before visiting the accreditation point, we recommend that you check the status of the badge readiness in your Personal Web Office.

At the Forum Accreditation Center.

Information about the accreditation point address and its work schedule will be available in the Personal Web Office 2-3 weeks before beginning of the Forum.

You will receive your participant bag together with your badge at the Accreditation Center.

You can issue a power of attorney in your Personal Web Office. The recipient will need to have the original power of attorney and the passport.

Please visit the accreditation center with the passport you used during your registration. You will need come to the Accreditation center in person.
The General Staff Building of the State Hermitage traditionally will be the Main Venue of the Forum. The Business Venue will operate at the Marble Palace, and the Open Lectures “Culture 2.0” will take place in the Vladimir Mayakovsky Central City Public Library.
Transportation to the Forum venue, accommodation and meals are paid by participants.

The Forum events will be held in strict accordance with the requirements and recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor in the field of prevention and counteraction of coronavirus infection that are relevant at the time of the event. At the present moment, PCR tests and vaccination certificates provision are not a mandatory requirement for participation in the Forum.

 

The Forum program is in the stage of formation. The current program will be posted in the relevant section on the Forum website.

Important! Your Professional Flow participant badge cannot be used to enter Public Flow events.

You can only visit these events if you have your passport and printed ticket; the electronic ticket will be able to download from your Personal Web Office. Please note: The number of tickets to Public Flow events is limited. You cannot select several events that take place at the same time.

Important! Your Professional Flow participant badge cannot be used to enter Festival program events.

To visit any event of the Festival program at the Forum you need to buy a ticket. Tickets for the Festival program can be purchased through the sources provided by the venue.

Important: Professional Flow participant badge cannot be used to enter Jazz Across Borders events.

To participate in JAB events please register on the website of jazzrussia.com.

Public Flow events include cultural programs held as part of the Forum for city residents and guests who are interested in various aspects of culture. These events include open lectures, workshops, shows, concerts, and more. Public Flow participants enter the events free of charge (given you have an electronic ticket for the event).

Registration of the Public Flow participants takes place in the simplified form and will be open on the Forum website from October 25 to November 13, 2021.

Yes, all participants need to re-register every year.

You can register up to two children under 14 in your Personal Web Office.

Each participant has to use his or her own email address.

No, badges are required only for Professional Flow participants.

 

Participants of the Public Flow may not attend Professional Flow events.

The Forum is traditionally covered by the largest Russian media and foreign media resources with a large audience.

Media registration is open from  2 August 2021 to 24 October 2021.

All the Forum events will be held in strict accordance with the requirements and recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor in the field of the prevention and counteraction of coronavirus infection. Currently, an absence of COVID-19 certificate and vaccination certificate with information about completing the full course of vaccination are not required. Volunteers are persons of good will who provide invaluable help in the holding the Forum.

Volunteers at the Cultural Forum assist with participant accreditation, meet guests at the airport and railway stations, give guidance at the Forum venues, provide informational support to the participants, help with the work of the press service, and at the Forum venues.

 

No. According to Russian Federation law, volunteer activity is understood as voluntary activity in the form of freely-offered labour and/or services.

During the Forum preparation process, the volunteers undergo 2-3 training briefings (of up to 2 hours each). The intensity of involvement on the days of the Forum will depend on the volunteer's function; the average duration of a single shift is 7 hours. The minimum number of shifts is 4.

 

Volunteer registration will be open till 3 October 2021.

After registration, you will be asked to go through an interview with the volunteer center representatives. On average, a decision on your application to volunteer will be made five days after you submit your application.

Unfortunately, no. Volunteers at the Forum must be at least 18 years old on 10 November 2021.

Yes, it is possible. Volunteers from other cities must pay for their own travel and accommodation.
