The event is held as an open competition of artisans, who will create their new and unique hand-made articles under the watchful eye of many spectators and the All-Russian judge panel. The original idea is that a participant in the competition must create an original work of art in accordance with the given general theme within a specified period of time. The theme will be announced just one day before the competition. The competition will include a presentation for the press and a photo session for artisans, and the public will be invited to numerous presentations, master classes, exhibitions and fairs.
