Until recently, the role of museums in the environmental agenda was thought to be limited to creating exhibitions that promoted the fight against climate change, preserving the diversity of life and culture. But after two years of the coronavirus pandemic and the political and financial cataclysms that unfolded around the world, cultural institutions began to talk about more active participation in reducing the carbon footprint, about a new system of values and the substantive and practical issues it entails. During the session, experts (representatives of museums, architects, urbanists) will discuss how a museum can be environmentally friendly - both in terms of architecture and in its activities in general.
