The workshop will present the structure of an interactive class for children with mental disabilities. Participants will learn how to arrange the first part of the class, which consists of an introduction to the exhibit. Specialists of the Museum of Russian Impressionism will tell about the peculiarities of selecting exhibits, building an itinerary and discussing artworks. Each participant will be able to practice formulating and asking questions using the VTS (Visual Thinking Strategy) method, and to talk about art using clear language. The second part of the class, which is a creative workshop, will be covered in the second part of the session. Speakers will offer several options for topics and techniques to use. There will be a group discussion at the end.
