Art therapy is a tool for psychological assistance and support in which art is seen as a tool for communicating with oneself, others and the world. Currently there are big changes going on in the world. Any change is associated with stress; the psyche uses all of its resources to adapt to the new reality. "Well, Okay" Studio, with the support of the Social and Cultural Communications Department of the Russian Museum, conducts art therapy support groups, which have become very relevant at this time. We will use our courses as examples of this experience and how a museum can become not only a place of rest and inspiration for visitors, but also a cultural institution where people can be supported through art and creativity. Art therapy meetings draw the attention of the general public to the work of the Social and Cultural Communications Department of the Russian Museum and fulfill the outreach purpose of showing and telling people that a museum can be a place where people get a new experience of interaction with themselves and others.
